It's rare that our clients attend for a single session. In fact, most attend more than 8 sessions with us: Typically clients book for a series of appointments so that they can get traction and support to reach their goals.

Early morning and after school/work appointment times can be in heavy demand.We prefer to book you in for a series of appointments, that way we know you have the appointments you need, at the time you need them.
